La obra constar\u00e1 de una doble calzada de 1,4 kil\u00f3metros y 0,6 de rampas de acceso, lo que supondr\u00e1 el mayor t\u00fanel de carreteras en el Reino Unido y la mayor infraestructura construida bajo el T\u00e1mesis en los \u00faltimos 30 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/es\/notas_prensa\/consorcio-riverlinx-contrato-para-gestionar-el-tunel-de-silvertown-londres\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">El acuerdo para su dise\u00f1o, construcci\u00f3n, financiaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento<\/a> supone una participaci\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada firmada entre Riverlinx Ltd, una empresa formada por Cintra, Aberdeen Standard Investments, BAM PPP, Macquarie Capital y SK E&amp;C y Transport for London (TfL).<\/p>\n<p>El jurado de los <a href=\"https:\/\/partnershipsawards.partnershipsevents.com\/2020-winners\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Partnerships Awards<\/strong><\/a> ha destacado que se trata de un proyecto pionero en Reino Unido con un plan financiero hecho a medida. Los jueces han resaltado la fluidez en el mecanismo de pago, proyectado para incentivar la afluencia del trafico en las horas de mayor uso y tambi\u00e9n la planificaci\u00f3n de las labores de rehabilitaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento, programadas para no interferir en el tr\u00e1nsito de usuarios. Mejorar\u00e1 las conexiones de transporte p\u00fablico que cruzan el r\u00edo T\u00e1mesis en las horas de m\u00e1xima afluencia con 37 autobuses de cero emisiones que circular\u00e1n cada hora en ambas direcciones. Estos veh\u00edculos se suman a los 6 que atraviesan el t\u00fanel de Blackwall en la actualidad.<\/p>\n<p>Otra de las mejoras que se esperan tras la inauguraci\u00f3n es la reducci\u00f3n del n\u00famero de atascos y las emisiones producidas por estos. Tambi\u00e9n se descongestionar\u00e1 la presi\u00f3n que existe actualmente sobre el t\u00fanel de Blackwall<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
