Although the works had already started, the Kilo substructure at Heathrow had not yet had its well-deserved big launch event. It did so on 4 June with an event attended, among others, by Ferrovial Agroman’s Area 2 Director, Ignacio Clopes, the Ferrovial Agroman’s Heathrow Q6 Project Director, Juan Pablo Perez, and Heathrow’s CEO, John Holland-Kaye. Organised in 4 \u2018stations’, the team gave attendees a quick introduction on Sustainability, Design for Manufacturing, D-Wall Construction, and Project Quantities. It was also a great opportunity for networking with colleagues and the client. The team delivering the Kilo substructure, a massive underground \u2018box’ to serve as a bag store and baggage system, is now building the D-walls, aimed for completion in November 2018.<\/p>\n

The Q6 capital works investment programme focuses on asset replacement, whilst ensuring diverse stakeholder demands from regulators and airlines are met to deliver customer value. Ferrovial Agroman is supporting Heathrow Airport Limited (HAL) to operate within competing commercial, regulatory and technical challenges.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n
