Make A Change\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"    <section class=\"wysiwyg text-editor \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10\">\n            <p>Between 16 and 27 April, companies from across the UK construction sector are taking part in a joint national initiative targeting improvements in health, safety and wellbeing for the sector. This is the\u00a0<strong>Stop. Make a Change\u00a0<\/strong>initiative. It will see sites and offices stop work to allow staff to take time to discuss some of the challenges we face as a sector. Discussions focus on two key issues -mental health and wellbeing, and plant safety.<\/p>\n<p>As a responsible company which cares about making beneficial changes in relation to each of these issues, Ferrovial Agroman UK has committed to continuing to work closely with Mates in Mind and Building Mental Health to develop volunteer employees in Mental Health First Aid. In addition, we will continue to work with CECA to improve plant and workforce interfaces.
