The company\u2019s three independent civil projects, Terminal 3 Integrated Baggage, Terminal 2A Stands and Terminal 2B Apron, have completed a full year without a reportable incident.<\/p>\n<p>Ferrovial Agroman Managing Director Ignacio Clopes said: \u201cTo achieve a RIDDOR free year on not just one, but three individual projects is an outstanding effort &#8211; especially in the unique live operational environment of the country\u2019s busiest airport. This achievement is testament to the tireless collaboration of all parties working together to ensure an unwavering commitment to uphold our health and safety culture.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCongratulations to each of the project teams on reaching this milestone, it is your leadership and dedication that has made this possible.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>With a combined peak workforce of approximately 900 operatives recording over 2.5 million hours worked, all three projects are now operating with a 0.00 Accident Frequency Rate (AFR). Individually, each project also maintains an exemplary safety record.<\/p>\n<p>Beginning in September 2011, the T2A Stands have never had a RIDDOR over the 3 years and 700,000 hours worked. T2B Apron have yet to experience a RIDDOR after the 1.5 years on the project and T3IB have on two separate occasions reached both 1 year and 1 million hours RIDDOR free.<\/p>\n<p>Ferrovial Agroman Civils Director David Fanjul said:<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n    <section class=\"block-quote \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10 block-quote__body\">\n            <blockquote class=\"block-quote__text\" aria-label=\"\">\n                \u201cI would like to personally thank every individual who is working, or has worked on any of the three civil projects. While individually managing the construction of the T2A and T2B stands and apron areas, Ferrovial Agroman are also constructing the main terminal building T2A in a joint venture partnership with Laing O\u2019Rourke.<\/p>\n<p>T3IB is a state of the art baggage facility which will process all T3\u2019s direct and transfer baggage under one roof. The building\u2019s bag store, with a capacity for 7,200 bags, means airlines will be able to offer passengers an early check-in option.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
