{"id":128660,"date":"2013-07-26T12:12:44","date_gmt":"2013-07-26T10:12:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/local-news\/ferrovial-agroman-establishes-new-record-in-airport-civils\/"},"modified":"2013-07-26T12:12:44","modified_gmt":"2013-07-26T10:12:44","slug":"ferrovial-agroman-establishes-new-record-in-airport-civils","status":"publish","type":"local_new","link":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/en-gb\/local-news\/ferrovial-agroman-establishes-new-record-in-airport-civils\/","title":{"rendered":"Ferrovial Agroman establishes new record in Airport Civils"},"content":{"rendered":"    <section class=\"wysiwyg text-editor \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10\">\n            <p>A non-stop pour of over 2,600 m3 of Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) was carried out by the team, covering well over 850 linear meters and 5,200 msq with a paver (Gomaco 2800).<\/p>\n<p>Heathrow&#8217;s Stephen Livingstone, T2 Development Director and Julian Foster, Programme Director have both congratulated the teams on their record achievement and safe production.<\/p>\n<p>Ferrovial Agroman was awarded the Terminal 2B Apron project in April 2012. The T2B Apron contract is the final piece of the jigsaw to complete Heathrow&#8217;s Q5 investment in\u00a0the Central Terminal Area.<\/p>\n<p>David Fanjul, Head of Civils and Area Manager for Ferrovial Agroman, stated: &#8220;This is a fantastic accomplishment and even more so when considered together with the great safety record that has been achieved to date.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Ignacio Chicharro, Project Manager for the T2B Apron contract, said: &#8220;I know that to set up this successful milestone, a great effort from everybody in the team was required &#8211; including from our supply chain, Airside Operations, and our colleagues from Terminal 2A. I am really proud of being part of this team and have no doubts that we will be able to continue to complete this project safely and with great success&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The project includes the construction of twelve stands around T2B, eight served by an air-bridge (pier served) and four remote stands, two taxiways both 104m wide and to Code F standard and all associated services.<\/p>\n<p>100,000 m3 of Pavement Quality (PQ) concrete will be used to cover a total area of 180,000 m2.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n    <section class=\"image-section \"
