La compa\u00f1\u00eda ha sido seleccionada por el Norfolk County Council para llevar a cabo el proyecto, cuyo valor asciende a 107 millones de libras (equivalentes a m\u00e1s de 125 millones de euros).<\/p>\n<p>En el marco del contrato, la divisi\u00f3n de Ferrovial comenzar\u00e1 a trabajar con el equipo del condado para desarrollar la fase del dise\u00f1o de la carretera que se extender\u00e1 entre la A47 y la autov\u00eda Broadland Northway. Entre las tareas que la compa\u00f1\u00eda ejecutar\u00e1 destacan 5,6 km de carretera nueva, un viaducto de 670 metros y otras 6 estructuras diferentes. Est\u00e1 previsto que la construcci\u00f3n de la obra est\u00e9 finalizada para finales de 2025 con 3 a\u00f1os adicionales para mantenimiento del paisajismo.<\/p>\n<p>Norwich Western Link, adem\u00e1s de mejorar la conectividad y garantizar unos tiempos de viaje fiables, tendr\u00e1 un impacto positivo tanto en la seguridad vial como en el medioambiente gracias a la reducci\u00f3n de emisiones de los veh\u00edculos. Se trata, por tanto, de una infraestructura clave para el condado de Norfolk, que aliviar\u00e1 la congesti\u00f3n de las carreteras y dar\u00e1 servicio a la creciente poblaci\u00f3n de la zona.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reino Unido: mercado estrat\u00e9gico en Horizon 24<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ferrovial anunci\u00f3 a comienzos de 2020 su Plan Horizon 24 en el que se\u00f1alaba su foco de crecimiento en el desarrollo de infraestructuras sostenibles con proyectos de alto valor concesional, designado al mercado brit\u00e1nico como clave de desarrollo. Este contrato refuerza la presencia de la compa\u00f1\u00eda en Reino Unido, uno de sus principales mercados por ingresos.<\/p>\n<p>Ferrovial Construcci\u00f3n lleva m\u00e1s de 15 a\u00f1os presente en el pa\u00eds y ha construido infraestructuras vitales como la T2 del Aeropuerto de Heathrow, la ampliaci\u00f3n de la l\u00ednea Norte del Metro de Londres y Thames Tideway, que es el mayor proyecto de infraestructura jam\u00e1s emprendido por la industria del agua en Reino Unido. Tambi\u00e9n destaca la participaci\u00f3n en la construcci\u00f3n de la alta velocidad brit\u00e1nica HS2, que unir\u00e1 ocho de las diez mayores ciudades del pa\u00eds y conectar\u00e1 a 30 millones de personas, o la construcci\u00f3n del T\u00fanel de Silvertown.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
