The award recognizes individuals or entities who have been significantly involved in the economic development of Hurst, Euless and Bedford. Commissioner Gary Fickes, the 2017 recipient, presented the award to Allie Frysinger, Public Relations and Marketing for NTEMP.<\/p>\n<p>Robert Earley, the luncheon moderator, noted the valuable role that NTEMP has played in transforming the infrastructure around these cities and stated,<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n    <section class=\"block-quote \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10 block-quote__body\">\n            <blockquote class=\"block-quote__text\" aria-label=\"\">\n                 \u201cOur honoree\u2019s accomplishments are virtually impossible not to notice. That\u2019s because they spearheaded the project to upgrade Airport Freeway. As you know, it was a large and complex undertaking. But I think we can all agree it\u2019s a dramatic improvement. The improved roads make HEB both more livable and even better suited to attract and retain businesses.\u201d            <\/blockquote>\n\n            <footer class=\"block-quote__footer\">\n                                    <p class=\"block-quote__author\" aria-label=\"\">\n                        <span class=\"block-quote__author-name\">Robert Earley<\/span>\n                    <\/p>\n                                    <p class=\"block-quote__author-role\" aria-label=\"\">\n                        The luncheon moderator                    <\/p>\n                            <\/footer>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n    <section class=\"wysiwyg text-editor \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10\">\n            <p>He even went on to recognize that NTEMP was now making similar improvements to I-35W.<\/p>\n<p>NTEMP\u2019s community service efforts were also recognized. Earley said,<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n    <section class=\"block-quote \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10 block-quote__body\">\n            <blockquote class=\"block-quote__text\" aria-label=\"\">\n                But road projects are only one part of the story, because when it comes to community service, NTEMP takes a back seat to no one. Causes they have made significant contributions to include the Tarrant Area Food Bank, March for Babies and the STEM programs at the HEB and Birdville school districts. Also last year, their employees spent two days volunteering with Meals on Wheels.            <\/blockquote>\n\n            <footer class=\"block-quote__footer\">\n                                    <p class=\"block-quote__author\" aria-label=\"\">\n                        <span class=\"block-quote__author-name\">Robert Earley<\/span>\n                    <\/p>\n                            <\/footer>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n    <section class=\"wysiwyg text-editor \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10\">\n            <p>Upon announcing that NTEMP was the 2018 award recipient, Earley enthusiastically thanked NTEMP for<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n    <section class=\"block-quote \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10 block-quote__body\">\n            <blockquote class=\"block-quote__text\" aria-label=\"\">\n                \u201cliterally going the extra mile to help grow and
