The project involves construction of non-toll General Purpose Lanes, HOV\/Transit Lanes and frontage roads. Bicycle and pedestrian facilities will also be provided. The project was bid at $192 million and is scheduled to be completed within three years.<\/p>\n<p>The work will also include adding a direct connection to the new VIA Metropolitan Transit US 281, two general purpose lanes and one HOV lane in each direction, and four interchange direct connectors at Loop 1604.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n    <section class=\"block-quote \" id=\"\">\n
