Ferrovial Agroman<\/a>, a trav\u00e9s de su filial Webber<\/a>, se ha adjudicado tres nuevos contratos de carreteras<\/strong> por\u00a0 un valor conjunto de 360 millones de d\u00f3lares, equivalentes a 308 millones de euros. La constructora se encargar\u00e1 de la ampliaci\u00f3n de las carreteras IH-10, en Houston, y la FM-156, en Fort Worth; as\u00ed como de distintas obras de mejora en la IH-35, en Austin.<\/p>\n

En la IH-10<\/strong>, Webber ampliar\u00e1 un nuevo carril por sentido en un tramo de 10,2 millas (16,4 kil\u00f3metros), junto a otras mejoras adicionales. Las obras comenzar\u00e1n en enero de 2019 y se prolongar\u00e1n hasta la primavera de 2022.\u00a0 En la FM-156<\/strong>, la filial de Ferrovial Agroman, ampliar\u00e1 de dos a cuatro carriles<\/strong> un tramo de 3,8 millas (6,1 kil\u00f3metros), adem\u00e1s de construir dos puentes adicionales para evitar una zona inundable. Las obras dar\u00e1n comienzo en marzo de 2019 y se completar\u00e1n en oto\u00f1o de 2022.<\/p>\n

El \u00faltimo de los proyectos contempla la actuaci\u00f3n sobre un tramo de 2,3 millas (3,7 Kil\u00f3metros) de la IH-35<\/strong>, incluyendo la construcci\u00f3n de un puente<\/strong> y el paso inferior que sustituir\u00e1 a otro elevado, la ampliaci\u00f3n de las v\u00edas de servicio y la puesta al d\u00eda de los carriles principales. Los trabajos comenzar\u00e1n en enero de 2019 y finalizar\u00e1n en la primavera de 2021.<\/p>\n

Con estos contratos Webber se consolida como uno de los principales constructores de carreteras de Texas. En 2017, se adjudic\u00f3, entre otros contratos, las ampliaciones de la US 281 y la I-45<\/a>. Asimismo, Ferrovial Agroman fue seleccionada para construir un tramo de 85 kil\u00f3metros de la carretera de circunvalaci\u00f3n Grand Parkway<\/a> en el noreste del \u00e1rea metropolitana del Gran
