Ferrovial<\/strong>, a leading global infrastructure company,\u00a0today announced its inclusion in\u00a0the Nasdaq-100 Index\u00ae<\/strong>, marking a significant milestone in\u00a0its\u00a0global growth strategy. This achievement comes\u00a0one and a half\u00a0years\u00a0after\u00a0the company\u2019s\u00a0initial\u00a0listing on the U.S.\u00a0stock market<\/strong>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ferrovial\u2019s\u00a0<\/span>addition to the index will become effective prior to market\u00a0open\u00a0on Monday, December 22, 2025.\u00a0The\u00a0<\/span>company\u00a0began\u00a0trading on the\u00a0U.S. stock market\u00a0in May 2024, alongside listings in Spain and the Netherlands. This made Ferrovial the\u00a0first IBEX 35 index\u00a0component\u00a0to\u00a0trade\u00a0its ordinary shares on Nasdaq<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ferrovial<\/span>\u202f<\/span>is one of the largest listed infrastructure companies in North America, where it has\u00a0operated\u00a0for more than 20 years building and managing express lanes in Texas, North Carolina,\u00a0Virginia\u00a0and Ontario.
