The N2 Car park team successfully delivered the project despite a number of challenges from the outset. The health and safety performance has been outstanding, evidenced by the fact that the project has been completed injury-free.<\/p>\n

The project team managed an additional milestone when a partial handover was required for weather contingency purpose over the Christmas period. Hitting the target, 80% of the parking bays were handed over for beneficial use.<\/p>\n

The project involved upgrading the existing N2 Staff Car park into the new N2 Business Car park which meant a wide range of works: structural, M&E and data connections. Works included resurfacing the entire car park with flexible pavement, redeveloping the existing bus routes and shelters, improving and increasing lighting installations, new signage and structures, construction of a new customer building and installation of operational equipment and connection of services and data networks.<\/p>\n
