At that time, the company only owned two pickup trucks and rented a backhoe to assist in the construction of a mobile home park in Michigan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"block-punches\">Looking back, Willie has many fond memories of the company and has experienced its huge growth firsthand.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"block-punches\">\u201cWhen I first joined, Mr. Webber was an operator at the time\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"block-punches\">\u201cHe was very firm, but I looked to him as a father figure since I was on my own after leaving my family\u2019s farm in Mississippi\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"block-punches\">Willie moved with the company to Texas in 1980, accepting a promotion in order to better himself.<\/p>\n<p class=\"block-punches\">Today, Willie is a foreman managing the paving portions of many projects across South Texas and considered a concrete expert.<\/p>\n<p class=\"block-punches\">After 50 years \u2013 all accident-free \u2013 what has kept him at Webber all this time? Willie smiles,<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"block-punches\">\u201cWebber has always treated me well.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"block-punches\">Thank you, Willie for your 50 years of service!<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
