The ICE will be documenting four of our graduate engineers as they undertake this next chapter of their careers, via profile pieces, video diaries, blog posts and filming on their projects.<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s ambassadors are: Clara Casino, who manages all signage at the Farringdon station project; Claudia Quitian, who manages environmental data at the Northern Line Extension; Graeme Dobbin, who has been responsible for tasks such as the reconfiguration of aircraft stands at Q6 Heathrow; and Nour Kasem, who is responsible for the site permits and carrying out the quality assurance checks and documentation at the Northern Line Extension.<\/p>\n<p>According to Malcolm Pinto, who is a Senior Engineer and Ferrovial Agroman Lead SCE:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cBy guaranteeing the best training in the market for our graduates, we are enabling them to become world-class engineers and giving them the opportunity to grow as invaluable members of the Ferrovial
