Ferrovial Agroman continues to work towards a truly inclusive workplace, where diverse talent is welcomed, valued and nurtured. The Inclusive Culture Pledge is a cross-industry commitment designed around the five key areas that will enable us to show measurable gains in developing an inclusive culture over the course of 2018: Leadership, People, Data, Brand and Future. Each quarter, the EW Group will support us with an exclusive set of specially-created resources to focus and support our work in the first four of these areas. Then, as the year comes to an end, we will review our progress and plan out our next steps towards an inclusive Future.<\/p>\n

Ferrovial Agroman values every member of the team and would like everyone to be engaged throughout this vital journey. What the company is aiming for is creating the right working environment (respect and fairness, equality and diversity) which will lead to a more balanced workforce and industry – particularly in senior roles, but also ensuring we are committed to attracting, developing and retaining talent in our organisation.<\/p>\n

Further to the Inclusive Culture Pledge, Ferrovial Agroman is now able to look at the additional benchmark of the Gender Pay Gap which is a legal requirement, in full effect for the first time in the UK in 2018. All employers with over 250 staff – in the private, public or non-profit sectors – must comply with the Government’s gender pay gap reporting requirements on an annual basis.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n
