Commissioner Gary Fickes, the 2017 recipient, presented the award to\u00a0<strong>Allie Frysinger<\/strong>, Public Relations and Marketing for NTE.\u00a0<strong>Robert Earley,\u00a0<\/strong>the luncheon moderator, noted the valuable role that\u00a0<strong>NTE<\/strong>\u00a0has played in transforming the infrastructure around these cities and stated, \u201cOur honoree\u2019s accomplishments are virtually impossible not to notice. That\u2019s because they spearheaded the project to upgrade Airport Freeway. As you know, it was a large and complex undertaking. But I think we can all agree it\u2019s a dramatic improvement. Earley said:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"x30 mgbot30 lh50 md_x20 md_lh40 xs_lh30 animated_item animated fadeInUp onScreen\">\u201cBut road projects are only one part of the story, because when it comes to community service, NTE takes a back seat to no one. Causes they have made significant contributions to include the Tarrant Area Food Bank, March for Babies and the STEM programs at the HEB and Birdville school districts. Also last year, their employees spent two days volunteering with Meals on Wheels.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"x30 mgbot30 lh50 md_x20 md_lh40 xs_lh30 animated_item animated fadeInUp onScreen\">Upon announcing that NTE was the 2018 award recipient,\u00a0<strong>Earley<\/strong> enthusiastically thanked NTE:<\/p>\n<p class=\"x30 mgbot30 lh50 md_x20 md_lh40 xs_lh30 animated_item
