talent,\u00a0<strong>Cintra<\/strong>\u00a0organized a breakfast at its headquarters on 8 May with students from the Master\u2019s Degree program in Civil Engineering at the Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica of Madrid; a number of the company\u2019s professionals told the students about key issues in the toll roads business and the professional opportunities that\u00a0<strong>Cintra<\/strong>\u00a0can offer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x30 mgbot30 lh50 md_x20 md_lh40 xs_lh30 animated_item animated fadeInUp onScreen\">The students had the opportunity to chat with the experts and gain a first-hand picture of the advantages offered by the\u00a0<em>Challenge by Cintra\u00a0<\/em>talent program<em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"x30 mgbot30 lh50 md_x20 md_lh40 xs_lh30 animated_item animated fadeInUp onScreen\">Participants in the event included\u00a0<strong>Luis Aguirre<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>de C\u00e1rcer<\/strong>, Project Manager, and\u00a0<strong>Miguel \u00c1ngel Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, a Challenge intern, both working in the Corporate and Business Development Division, who gave a broad overview of the initiatives that this area leads: finding opportunities to bid and preparing bids in partnership with specialized teams.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n    <section class=\"image-section \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container a\u00a0<em>Challenge<\/em>\u00a0intern, both in the Financial Analysis Division, aroused attendees\u2019 interest in financial models and calculations of optimal returns by describing their day-to-day.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x30 mgbot30 lh50 md_x20 md_lh40 xs_lh30 animated_item animated fadeInUp onScreen\"><strong>Anna Grassot<\/strong>, a design and construction technician for Europe and New Markets, and\u00a0<strong>Mar\u00eda Ampudia<\/strong>, a Challenge intern, both from the Operations Division, described the key activities in the operation and maintenance phase of our assets and reaffirmed\u00a0<strong>Cintra<\/strong>\u2018s focus on innovation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x30 mgbot30 lh50 md_x20 md_lh40 xs_lh30 animated_item animated fadeInUp onScreen\">To conclude,\u00a0<strong>Maribel S\u00e1nchez<\/strong>, Head of Talent, and\u00a0<strong>\u00c1lvaro Deleito<\/strong>, a Talent Technician, both from the Human Resources area, told potential candidates about the opportunities for professional development in the\u00a0<em>Challenge By Cintra<\/em>\u00a0talent program, through the experiences they can have by being involved in some of the company\u2019s key projects, as well as the options for mentoring, training and professional development.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x30 mgbot30 lh50 md_x20 md_lh40 xs_lh30 animated_item animated
