This is why special emphasis has been placed on the global corporate strategy for\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/en\/sustainability\/health-and-safety\/\">Safety, Health, and Well-Being<\/a> in recent years. Through the HASAVI program, which focuses on our professionals&#8217; physical, mental, social, and financial health, this plan won the &#8220;<strong>Health and Well-Being Award&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0from\u00a0<strong>Digital HR<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The gala for the eighth year of these awards was held on December 15 in Madrid. <strong>Bel\u00e9n Viscasillas<\/strong>, the head of Health and Well-Being at Ferrovial, received this award on behalf of the company. In her acceptance speech, Bel\u00e9n remarked that,<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n    <section class=\"block-quote \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10 block-quote__body\">\n            <blockquote class=\"block-quote__text\" aria-label=\"\">\n                We&#039;ve been working very hard for a long time but even more so in recent years. This confirms that we&#039;re on the right path and encourages us to keep doing what we do best: improving the lives of our employees            <\/blockquote>\n\n            <footer class=\"block-quote__footer\">\n                            <\/footer>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n    <section class=\"wysiwyg text-editor \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10\">\n            <h2>Seur, Adecco, and Inditex among the winners<\/h2>\n<p>Second place went to the\u00a0<strong>Seur<\/strong>\u00a0company, and third went to\u00a0<strong>atSistemas<\/strong>. The jury consisted of a dozen HR directors from major companies, and they also mentioned\u00a0<strong>Adecco<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Generali<\/strong>,\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Red Cross<\/strong> projects. Bego\u00f1a L\u00f3pez-Cano, the\u00a0General Director of People at\u00a0<strong>Inditex<\/strong>, was recognized as &#8220;Best S&amp;B Manager of the Year.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>Interview with
