Ferrovial proudly joined the Texas Department of Transportation in a ribbon-cutting ceremony on May 18 to mark the\u00a0substantial completion and opening<\/strong>\u00a0of three new segments of the longest loop in the United States \u2013 the 184-mile\u00a0Grand Parkway highway project<\/a>.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>More than 200 guests attended the event, which was covered by Houston area\u00a0media.<\/p>\n

TxDOT awarded the\u00a0$1.28 billion<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>design-build construction contract to Grand Parkway Infrastructure (GPI), a joint venture led by Ferrovial Construction, along with Webber\u00a0and Granite Construction,\u00a0in March 2017.<\/p>\n
