{"id":109166,"date":"2022-11-18T08:00:11","date_gmt":"2022-11-18T07:00:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/?post_type=new&#038;p=109166"},"modified":"2024-12-16T23:01:46","modified_gmt":"2024-12-16T22:01:46","slug":"cristina-moral-new-general-secretary-of-foretica","status":"publish","type":"new","link":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/en\/news\/cristina-moral-new-general-secretary-of-foretica\/","title":{"rendered":"Cristina Moral new General Secretary of For\u00e9tica"},"content":{"rendered":"    <section class=\"wysiwyg text-editor \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10\">\n            <p>On Wednesday, November 16, the Board of Directors of For\u00e9tica approved the renewal of the new presidency and the designation of a new Executive Committee that will provide strategic support to the activity of this leading organization in sustainability and corporate social responsibility in Spain.<\/p>\n<p>The new Committee, headed by Antonio Budia, will be integrated during the period 2023-2024 by: <strong>Fernando Ria\u00f1o<\/strong> (ILUNION) as Vice-President; <strong>Cristina Moral<\/strong> (Ferrovial) in charge of the General Secretariat; <strong>Carmen Basolas<\/strong> (Chiesi) holding the position of Deputy General Secretary, and <strong>Maria Jos\u00e9 Prado<\/strong> (CEMEX), Treasurer. The new Committee will take office on January 1, 2023.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cristina Moral, <\/strong>Corporate Responsibility Manager at Ferrovial, said &#8220;first of all, I would like to thank For\u00e9tica&#8217;s partners for their confidence in me as General Secretary. It is an honor for me to be part of the Board of Directors of For\u00e9tica, a benchmark organization in sustainability. I take on this challenge with enthusiasm and accompanied by a Board of Directors made up of great professionals and promoters of corporate responsibility.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>About For\u00e9tica<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>For\u00e9tica&#8217;s mission is to integrate social, environmental and good governance aspects into the strategy and management of companies and organizations. It currently has more than 200 partners.<\/p>\n<p>For\u00e9tica is the representative of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) in Spain and leads the Spanish Business Council for Sustainable Development composed of Presidents and CEOs of large Spanish companies, which recently launched the &#8216;Vision 2050. The time for transformation&#8217; in Spain. In Europe, For\u00e9tica is a national partner of CSR Europe. It is also a member of the Spanish State Council for Corporate Social Responsibility in Spain.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
