The company <strong>doubled funds<\/strong> <strong>raised by employees<\/strong> and contributed payroll to those employees unable to work during the storm. The firm also took part in repair efforts after the devastation, including helping to reset concrete traffic barriers shifted by flood waters and replacing sections of barriers damaged beyond repair.<\/p>\n<p>All of Webber\u2019s TxDOT (Texas Department of Transportation) projects are on time or ahead of schedule and three of the contractor\u2019s projects also made it onto ENR\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.enr.com\/Texas-Louisiana\/Toplists\/2017-Top-Starts\">Texas\/Louisiana 2017 Top Project starts list<\/a>: Grand Parkway, US 281 and I-45.<\/p>\n<p>Strong growth was seen in the commercial and waterworks division as well as Webber\u2019s material division, <strong>which helped recycle almost 1.5 million tons of construction waste<\/strong> in the Houston area that would have
