The Western Roads Upgrade project is the State of Victoria\u2019s\u00a0<b>largest arterial roads investment to date<\/b>. The A$1.8 billion upgrade comes with a comprehensive 20-year maintenance program that covers the more than\u00a0<b>260-<\/b><b>kilometer road network<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>The Financial Excellence award saw judges recognize a unique financial package that includes a\u00a0full-term bond finance\u202fraised via the US Private Placement market, Australia\u2019s first\u00a0greenfield bond financing\u00a0for a public-private partnership since the global financial crisis.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n    <section class=\"block-quote \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow
