Committee verifies evidence in respect of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Company\u00a0commitment\u00a0at management level<\/li>\n<li>Claims and sanctions by the PR OSHA<\/li>\n<li>Risk management (for 4 critical risks)<\/li>\n<li>Index\u00a0of\u00a0notifiable\u00a0accidents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ferrovial Agroman\u2019s Index of Notifiable Injuries\u00a0in Puerto Rico\u00a0is 60%\u00a0of the average in the US construction industry.\u00a0This\u00a0award\u00a0will serve to boost\u00a0Ferrovial Agroman\u2019s\u00a0efforts on its \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/en\/our-commitment\/health-and-safety-at-work\/target-zero-health-and-safety\/\">Zero Accident<\/a>\u201d\u00a0vision,\u00a0which is implemented globally by the company.<\/p>\n<h2><b>About<\/b><b>\u00a0OSHA<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.trabajo.pr.gov\/prosha\/\">PR OSHA<\/a> (Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Administration)\u00a0is part of Puerto Rico\u2019s Department of\u00a0Labor\u00a0and Human Resources, with a\u00a0state-wide jurisdiction\u00a0covering\u00a0Ferrovial Agroman\u2019s\u00a0main work\u00a0sites.\u00a0Its aim is to ensure compliance with\u00a0Occupational Safety and Health Act 16, promote and verify safe and healthy working conditions, and provide training,\u00a0outreach,\u00a0education and consulting services
