The new service will be available\u00a0in the\u00a0outskirts\u00a0of the region\u00a0for three years, and it is\u00a0estimated that\u00a05,000\u00a0individuals will be served.<span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The teleassistance service is based on an advanced technological solution\u00a0that uses <strong>information\u00a0and telecommunications systems installed in the user&#8217;s home<\/strong>.\u00a0At the same time,\u00a0it is connected to a telephone line that allows the user to contact\u00a0a specialized person easily\u00a024 hours a day. Additionally, complementary devices\u00a0that increase home security are installed,\u00a0such as fall\u00a0detection devices\u00a0and smoke\u00a0detectors.\u00a0Furthermore, the service includes other perks such as\u00a0users&#8217; geolocation and\u00a0telemedicine.<span objective\u00a0of\u00a0social services\u00a0is\u00a0to\u00a0improve the\u00a0lives of people every day through close, adapted services that allow\u00a0them\u00a0to improve their conditions of security
