Mujer<\/i>,\u00a0CIM),\u00a0selected the 20 participants for\u00a0the course.<span training<\/b><b>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/b><b>gained<\/b><b>\u00a0practical\u00a0<\/b><b>experience at<\/b><b>\u00a0Ferrovial Services.<\/b>\u00a0The diplomas awarded to them today are evidence of\u00a0the knowledge\u00a0gained and\u00a0will\u00a0allow\u00a0them to register on a number of\u00a0jobseeker\u00a0lists.<span in cities where the company\u00a0operates.\u00a0It is also a way of getting staff involved through mentoring for course participants on a volunteer basis.<span
