The company reported net earnings of $157 million for the third quarter in 2018, compared to $143.2 million last year.<\/p>\n<p>The Board of Directors reported dividends of $0.302 for common shares, payable on or around October 18, 2018, to shareholders registered as of October 18, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>The Board of Directors named Derek Bitar as interim Acting Chief Financial Officer effective September 24, due to the departure of current Chief Financial Officer,\u00a0Geoffrey Liang.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
