The cost of the project is 680 million pesetas and the period of execution is sixteen- and- a- half months.<\/p>\n<p>The enlarging of the plant will allow an increase in the water flow volume treated to 26,000 m3\/day. To do this, Cadagua will double the water line, introducing a physical\/chemical treatment; it will create a new sludge line, through anaerobic digestion, which will replace the existing sludge line, and will perform the sludge dehydration with centrifuges.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maintenance of the Deba River Basin<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the last few days, Cadagua has closed another contract with Aguas de Guipuzcoa, which consolidates its presence in the treatment and supply of the Deba River Basin.<\/p>\n<p>The contract will continue for a period of five years and consists of the maintenance of this river basin, from the town of Arrasate to the mouth of the river in Deba. Cadagua will carry out the maintenance of the three Drinking Water Treatment Plants (DWTP): Albichu (in Vergara), Urkulu (in Arrasate), and Kilimon (in Mandaro), as well as the Arronamendi EDAR in Deba, and the maintenance of the telecontrols, tanks, pumping stations, and dams in Urkulu and Aixola.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
