The company has been awarded with a 3-year contract to maintain the National Stadium in Warsaw. The project has a value of over 4.3 million zlotys (more than 1 million euro). It includes the maintenance <\/strong>of electrical , HVAC and water and sewage systems, and also building management <\/strong>systems (BMS).<\/p>\n

FB Serwis<\/strong> draws its knowledge and experience from Ferrovial Services<\/a><\/strong>, which has worked extensively in Europe, America and the Middle East. It also incorporates the \u0093know how\u0094 and expertise of Budimex<\/strong>, which is Poland\u0092s construction subsidiary of Ferrovial Agroman<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Over the next years, FB Serwis will look to diversify its activities, developing new projects in the areas of waste management, transport infrastructure management and facility management.<\/p>\n

FB Serwis<\/strong> is a new company created by Budimex (49%) and Ferrovial Services (51%) to offer facility management and other services<\/p>\n

Currently, the company services the sections of the A4 and A1 motorways as well as the national roads in the south of Poland. Another remarkable contract is the maintenance of the Rydygiera Hospital in Cracow. Power efficiency projects are also being developed in Warsaw and Lodz.<\/p>\n
