The project involves an investment of Pta 5.4 billion, it will be constructed in 24 months and is the most important private hospital complex in Latin America.<\/p>\n<p>The project involves the construction of a modern eleven storey two of them, basements &#8211; hospital complex of 20,000 square meters, which will house all hospital services, from in patients with a total of 160 beds in five storeys to surgery, cardiology and psychiatric wards, emergency services, outpatients department, etc. The new building, where a heliport will also be constructed, will be connected to the existing hospital through an underpass and two overpasses, at the third and fifth storey levels.<\/p>\n<p>This is the first project carried out by <strong>Ferrovial-Agrom\u00e1n Internacional<\/strong> in Uruguay and involves the participation of the local company Teyma Uruguay, an Abengoa subsidiary. In the rest of the continent, <strong>F&amp;A<\/strong> is involved in significant construction and infrastructure development projects in Chile, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Bolivia, Ecuador and Haiti. <strong>Ferrovial-Agrom\u00e1n Internacional<\/strong> has a backlog only in foreign markets of Pta 90 billion and expects to close 1997 with revenues of Pta 30 billion.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
