The investment totals Pta 7 billion, with a construction term of four years, and it is the most ambitious project of the Italian health system in order to provide this area of the country with hospital infrastructures.<\/p>\n<p>The project includes the construction of an E-shaped reinforced concrete six storey building two of them, basements -, with a surface of more than 80,000 square meters. The new facilities will have 380 beds and will house surgery, cardiology and psychiatric wards, emergency services, etc.<\/p>\n<p>The hospital construction will be a far-reaching work fitting into a strategy which intends to concentrate the countrys health services, until now scattered in smaller units, in more modern, spacious and better equipped structures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Finalist in <em>La Fenice<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This same week, in <em>Venice<\/em>, <strong>Ferrovial-Agroman Internacional<\/strong> has presented an offer to carry out the project and reconstruction of the emblematic <em>La Fenice<\/em> Theater. <strong>F&amp;A<\/strong> is the only Spanish finalist and it is bidding together with the Italian construction company <em>Quadrio Curzio<\/em> and the Spanish architect <em>Salvador P\u00e9rez Arroyo<\/em>, due to the high component of architectonic recovery involved in the project. <em>P\u00e9rez Arroyo<\/em>, recognized in the <em>Italian<\/em> architecture circles and with a significant international projection, has been a professor of the Architecture School of <em>Venice<\/em> and is now a professor in <em>Madrid<\/em> and <em>London<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, <strong>Ferrovial-Agroman Internacional<\/strong> is also completing the <em>Desenzano-Simione<\/em> road in <em>Italy<\/em>.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
