Ferrovial is the first Spanish company to receive the &#8220;Empresa m\u00e1s igual&#8221; equality award from the Madrid Regional Government in recognition of its integration of equality policies as a part of its flexibility policies.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, at the latest edition of Capital Humano magazine&#8217;s Human Resources Awards, Ferrovial received a distinction in the Training and Development category for being a pioneer in its industry by creating the &#8220;Ferrovial Summa University&#8221; and for establishing a training programme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ferrovial, the first company to receive the &#8220;Empresa m\u00e1s igual&#8221; equality award from Madrid Regional Government <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As part of its &#8220;Madrid Empresa Flexible&#8221; awards, the Madrid Regional Government presented Ferrovial with the &#8220;Empresa m\u00e1s Igual&#8221; equality distinction. This award recognises the integration of equality policies as a fundamental part of flexibility policies.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Rafael del Pino\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/en\/Our-Company\/Chairman-Rafael-del-Pino\" target=\"_blank\">Rafael del Pino<\/a>, Chairman of Ferrovial, was presented with the award by Esperanza Aguirre, President of the Madrid Regional Government, at a ceremony held at Ferrovial headquarters. Aguirre underlined Ferrovial&#8217;s commitment to promoting equality in a male-dominated industry.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Empresa m\u00e1s igual\" href=\"\/en\/press-room\/videos\/ferrovial-receives-empresa-mas-igual-equality-award-from-madrid-regional-government\/\" target=\"_blank\">Watch video<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Capital Humano Award in the Training and Development <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Capital Humano magazine recognised Ferrovial initiatives in employee training and development at the 16th edition of its Human Resources Awards.<\/p>\n<p>The jury, in which the main Spanish business schools take part in,\u00a0considers Ferrovial to be a trailblazer in its industry in view of its creation of &#8220;Ferrovial Summa University&#8221; and a training programme for the entire chain of command.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
