The company won silver in the Small to Midsize Enterprise Implementation category at the SAP Quality Awards, in recognition of how well the company has linked the software with its overall \u0091OneHR\u0092 change programme and for quickly realising the business benefits.<\/p>\n<p>SAP (Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing) is a market leader in enterprise application software, which performs business functions such as order processing, procurement, production scheduling, customer information management, and accounting. Valerie Hughes-D\u0092Aeth, Group HR Director at Amey said: \u0093We are delighted that our commitment to building a strong HR capability to support the business has been recognised in these prestigious awards. This is testament to the way we constantly strive to make our HR offer as effective as possible from the people right through to the systems they operate.\u0094<\/p>\n<p>The judges from SAP acknowledged that <a title=\"(Se abre en ventana nueva)\" href=\"http:\/\/www.amey.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Amey <\/a>had taken control during the software implementation, followed SAP\u0092s 10 quality principles and were confident of their ability to address any issues. In addition to this award, <a title=\"(Se abre en ventana nueva)\" href=\"http:\/\/www.amey.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Amey <\/a>has won both the overall award and the \u0091Building HR Capability\u0092 category at the CIPD Awards, \u0091Team of the Year\u0092 at the prestigious Employee Benefits Awards 2011, and the award for \u0091Most Successful Change Management Programme\u0092 at the National HR Excellence Awards 2011.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
