Ferrovial has obtained the Top Employers certificate<\/a> by the Top Employers Institute for the third consecutive year.<\/p>\n

This award recognises companies which offer superior working conditions, encourage professional growth and development<\/a> at all levels of the organisation, and strive continuously to improve their employment policies.<\/p>\n

The Top Employers Institute evaluates four criteria when granting certification<\/a>: primary benefits, secondary benefits and working conditions, training and development, and career development and corporate culture<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Participating companies are analysed by Top Employers and must meet the required high standards to obtain certification. All answers are audited independently<\/strong> to ensure the validity of the process.<\/p>\n
