Under this initiative, Ferrovial employees donate a portion of their monthly salary to a social project, and these funds are matched by Ferrovial. The procedure for choosing projects favours employee participation and transparency: each year, a commission of experts in community action at Ferrovial analyses <strong>applications from NGOs<\/strong> and shortlists the best projects; then, employees vote to choose one project.<\/p>\n<p class=\"hps\"><span class=\"hps\">In 2014 the <\/span>amount <span class=\"hps\">exceeded<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">90,000<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">euros<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">The selected<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">NGOs<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">were:<\/span>\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fundacionvicenteferrer.org\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\">Fundaci\u00f3n Vicente Ferrer<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.entreculturas.org\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\">Fundaci\u00f3n Entreculturas<\/a>, la Asociaci\u00f3n Infantil Oncol\u00f3gica de la Comunidad de Madrid (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.asion.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">ASION<\/a>) y la <a
