The other two are <a title=\"Hyundai\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hyundai.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"> Hyundai <\/a>(South Korea) and <a title=\"Vinci-Construction\" href=\"http:\/\/www.vinci-construction.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"> Vinci <\/a>(France).<\/p>\n<p>Inclusion in the index is a vindication of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/en-us\/resources\/what-are-sustainability-indices\/\">sustainability<\/a> strategy<\/strong> that Ferrovial has been implementing since 2002, when it joined the DJSI for the first time and was the only Spanish company in the index. Ferrovial has a <a title=\"Corporate Responsability Ferrovial\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/en\/our-commitment\/corporate-responsibility\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"> Corporate Responsibility<\/a> strategic plan linked to its business strategy, which is what has driven its implementation and development. The plan is <strong>renewed every three years<\/strong> to adapt to stakeholder expectations.<\/p>\n<p>In the <strong>economic dimension<\/strong>, Ferrovial&#8217;s performance in terms of <strong>competition and customer relationship managemen<\/strong>t was outstanding. Its score in the <strong>environmental dimension<\/strong> was <strong>particularly good in terms of operational<\/strong> <strong>efficiency and environmental reporting<\/strong>. In the <strong>social dimension<\/strong>, Ferrovial <strong>scored highly in community commitment<\/strong>, <strong>talent retention<\/strong> <strong>and attraction<\/strong>, and <strong>workplace health and safety<\/strong>. These results are a tribute to Ferrovial&#8217;s hard work to attain the goals of the Corporate Responsibility Strategic Plan (Plan 20.16).<\/p>\n<p>Ferrovial was one of the first Spanish companies to sign the <a title=\"Global Compact\" href=\"https:\/\/www.unglobalcompact.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"> Global Compact<\/a>, and it has ratified its commitment to the <strong>Ten Principles every year since 2002<\/strong>. Since then, the company has strengthened its position in favour of sustainability, as it has been in the <a title=\"FTSE4Good\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ftse.com\/products\/indices\/FTSE4Good\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"> FTSE4Good index<\/a> since 2005 (and in its Spanish version, <a title=\"FTSE4Good Ibex\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bolsamadrid.es\/esp\/Indices\/Ibex\/FTSE4Good.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"> FTSE4Good IBEX<\/a>, since 2008), the <a title=\"Carbon Disclosure Project\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cdp.net\/en-US\/Pages\/HomePage.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"> Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP)<\/a> and <a title=\"STOXX\" href=\"https:\/\/www.stoxx.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"> STOXX <\/a>since 2010, and the <a title=\"MSCI\" href=\"https:\/\/www.msci.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"> MSCI <\/a>since 2013, evidencing its firm commitment to Corporate Responsibility.<\/p>\n<p>Since its creation in <strong>1999<\/strong>, the family of Dow Jones Sustainability Indexes has become one of the world&#8217;s leading benchmarks for sustainable companies. Approximately 2,500 companies form part of the eligible universe for the world index, of which <strong>only 10% are selected for the Dow Jones World Sustainability Index<\/strong> after an exhaustive review by consulting firm <a title=\"RobecoSAM\" href=\"http:\/\/www.robecosam.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"> RobecoSAM<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
