{"id":5930,"date":"2016-03-16T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-03-16T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/news\/ferrovial-services-launches-a-new-programme-for-young-talent\/"},"modified":"2022-12-21T10:03:33","modified_gmt":"2022-12-21T09:03:33","slug":"ferrovial-services-launches-a-new-programme-for-young-talent","status":"publish","type":"new","link":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/en\/news\/ferrovial-services-launches-a-new-programme-for-young-talent\/","title":{"rendered":"Ferrovial Services launches a new programme for young talent"},"content":{"rendered":"    <section class=\"wysiwyg text-editor \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10\">\n            <p>As part of its commitment to talent development, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/en\/business-lines\/ferrovial-services\/\"title=\"Ferrovial Services\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow\">Ferrovial Services<\/a>, through Ferrovial Services Spain, has launched a new programme aimed at training 22 high potential students in Treatment and Environmental Management, who will subsequently provide support to the managers of the various regional divisions throughout Spain.<\/p>\n<p>Participants selected for this \u201cYoung Talent\u201d initiative are students of masters or degrees in industrial engineering, chemistry or environmental science. Skills valued range from the capacity to work in a team, flexibility and initiative, results orientation and planning. At the end of the programme, the best candidates will be assessed for joining the company\u2019s Treatment and Environmental Management division in Spain.<\/p>\n<p>Ferrovial Services Spain aims to use the programme to build a pool of future managers to guarantee continuity in technical and professional posts for its Treatment and Environmental Management activities. This initiative sits alongside other Ferrovial programmes for talent development such as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/en\/business-lines\/ferrovial-services\/igp\/\"title=\"International Graduate Programme, Ferrovial Services\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow\"><em>International Graduate <\/em><\/a><em>Programme<\/em><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\"
