It has awarded <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/en\/business-lines\/construction\/\" title=\"Ferrovial Agroman Construction\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow\"> Ferrovial Agroman<\/a> the work on refurbishing the Cuadernillos Shopping Centre in Alcal\u00e1 de Henares, near Madrid, which is set to reopen in autumn 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Ferrovial will take part in this project alongside <a href=\"http:\/\/www.broadwaymalyan.com\/\" title=\"Broadway Malyan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow\"> Broadway Malyan, a global architecture<\/a>, urbanism and design practice that specialises in the retail sector. The remit is to complete the refurbishment of the outside and inside infrastructures, and create new garden, recreation and leisure areas, with the Project Manager being CEM Management.<\/p>\n<p>With an overall investment of almost seven million euros, the project\u2019s brief is to create an innovative shopping and leisure experience for the whole family, covering a total surface area of 60,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> and a gross leasable area (GLA) of 39,000 m<sup>2<\/sup>. The work will encompass leisure and recreation areas, rest areas, children\u2019s play areas, and new facilities for multi-activities and latest generation attractions such as virtual reality.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
