Ferrovial one of the most attractive companies in the construction sector for students. The results of the \u201cMost Attractive Employers 2017\u201d survey reflect the preferences of 22,000 university students when choosing what companies they would like to be a part of.<\/em><\/p>\n

Ferrovial has been ranked in the top 3 most attractive employers in the construction sector<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0for engineering and IT students. This is what the \u201cMost Attractive Employers 2017\u201d <\/a>survey carried out by consulting company Universum, leader in Employer Branding, has come up with. The survey registers the employment preferences of 22,000 university-level students from more than 50 education centres throughout Spain.<\/p>\n

The results of the survey have been revealed at an event jointly organised by the Employer Branding Academy,<\/a> the Centro de Estudios Garrigues<\/em>, <\/a>Europea Media (European University<\/a>) and Dircom. <\/a>The awards, which recognise the most highly valued companies in this year\u2019s edition of the survey, were presented by Universum and Jorge Sainz Gonz\u00e1lez, General Secretary for Universities, representing the Ministry of Education.<\/p>\n

Some of the conclusions from the survey underline that innovation, leadership, development and security are top of the list for university students, and that they are most critical about the actual companies they work for. Additionally, digital environments, social networks <\/strong>and web portals<\/strong> are the key tools<\/strong> used by students for gaining insights on potential employers.<\/p>\n

More specifically, portals such as Infojobs,<\/a> Jobandtalent,<\/a> Infoempleo<\/a>, Tecnoempleo<\/a>, Linkedin, <\/a>Universia <\/a>y Glassdoor <\/a>are the ones most frequently used for gathering information on different companies.<\/p>\n
