Webber, LLC <\/a>was recognized for its Excellent Safety Record<\/strong> in 2016 at the 27TH<\/sup> Annual National AGC Safety Awards <\/a>in Austin, Texas celebrated on July 10th. Pete Flores, AGC Chairman and Safety Manager of Webber, presented the award to Director of Safety, Sean Seelbach and VP of Operations for the Highway\/Heavy Civil Division, Josh Goyne. Webber’s Highway\/Heavy Civil Division maintained an incident rate 25% below the industry average.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For the award, the AGC Nomination Committee looked at each company’s submitted OSHA form 300A “Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses”<\/strong> for 2016. The committee also looked at Fatality Information,<\/strong> Cases with Days Away from Work<\/strong>, Cases with Job Transfer <\/strong>or Restriction<\/strong>, Other Recordable Cases and Total Hours Worked.<\/p>\n

“The importance of safety in our daily lives is one that we never forget at Webber,” said Tim Creson, president & CEO of Webber. “We make it our job to protect our Webber team,<\/strong> care for them and keep them safe every day. I’m proud that our team is getting recognized for the results that our early morning safety meetings and extensive safety trainings made in 2016 and we need to maintain the commitment now and in the
