The Murcia hotel located in Mazarr\u00f3n\u2019s harbour area, Alegr\u00eda Dos Playas, can now proudly display its 4 stars following renovation works by Ferrovial Agroman.<\/a><\/p>\n

Hotel Alegria Dos Playas is located in a wide bay open to the Mediterranean Sea, in the Port of Mazarr\u00f3n (Murcia). After being closed for several years, Hotel Alegr\u00eda Dos Playas,<\/a>\u00a0built between the years 1965 and 1971,<\/strong> has seen its number of rooms increase from 100 to 138 and new facilities installed: two new swimming pools, jacuzzi, spa, paddel court, gym, free buffet service, chill-out zone, gardens, meeting rooms, an aquatic games area for children, and sea views.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The main activities have focused on communications and access areas, rooms, kitchens, halls and outside areas,<\/strong> these last having been completely renewed.<\/strong> Shared areas have been fitted with new lifts and floors, hanging ceilings and coverings. Distribution of the kitchens and halls has been redesigned, using reinforced concrete slabs. The new rooms have been fitted with separating walls to improve sound insulation, as have the bathrooms, and floors, tiling, windows and doors have been renewed. A new heating and air conditioning system and electricity installation has been fitted. As for the outer area, it has been totally renovated,<\/strong> with the building of two new pools, a paddel court, outer terrace and parking.<\/p>\n

These works have accumulated to obtain a four star rating, which this Murcia Hotel is very proud to achieve.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n
