Its usable area will be 26 thousand square meters. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/en\/category\/budimex-en\/\">Budimex <\/a>will also construct ca. 35 thousand square meters of roads and parking lots within the premises.<\/p>\n<p>The contract will be performed with the use of <a href=\"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/en\/news\/bim-application-building-information-modeling\/\">BIM (Building Information Modeling) <\/a>technology.\u00a0This will be the first facility in Poland at this level of advancement, in which repairs of aircraft engines will be carried out. Its construction will start in the first half of August and will be completed in November 2018. The facility will commence its operations in 1st quarter 2019.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.xeos.aero\/\">Xeos<\/a> aircraft engine maintenance centre is being built in the Lower Silesia within the Legnica Special Economic Zone (SEZ).<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
