Specifically, the company will provide these services in club lounges, customer service centres, passenger reception, urgent ticket points and customer care points at a number of stations, and will also provide the after-sale service and central public address system.<\/p>\n<p>The company has been providing this service since 2006 at the following stations: Madrid Chamart\u00edn, Madrid Atocha, Algeciras, C\u00e1diz, Ciudad Real, C\u00f3rdoba, Granada, Huelva, M\u00e1laga Mar\u00eda Zambrano, Puertollano, Sevilla Santa Justa, Toledo, Antequera and Jerez de la Frontera.<\/p>\n<p>Ground\u00a0passenger care and information services staff essentially manage access control services for high-speed and long-distance trains; their remit also includes customer information and advice points at stations, as well as the centralised public address system; and the club lounges inside train terminals, which have a self-service cafeteria and reading areas.<\/p>\n<h2>Technology to improve user services<\/h2>\n<p>To guarantee the best possible service, a mobile app has been developed to parametrise the services and actions provided at each station in real time. This ensures that accurate records are kept and can be examined readily, via queries or report generation, by company management and Renfe.<\/p>\n<p>In the area of transport infrastructure services in Spain and the UK, Ferrovial Services&#8217; client roster includes <a title=\"ADIF\" href=\"http:\/\/www.adif.es\/en_US\/index.shtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">ADIF<\/a>, <a title=\"Renfe - Ferrovial\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/en\/projects\/on-board-services-on-renfes-high-speed-ave-and-long-distance-trains\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow\">Renfe<\/a>, <a title=\"Iberia\" rel=\"nofollow\">Metro de Madrid<\/a>, <a title=\"Aena\" href=\"http:\/\/www.aena.es\/en\/passengers\/passengers.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Aena<\/a>, <a title=\"Heathrow Airport - Ferrovial\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/en\/projects\/heathrow-airport\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow\">Heathrow Airport<\/a>, <a title=\"Network Rail\"
