Australia’s Finance Minister, Mathias Cormann, has announced a deal with Broadspectrum<\/a>, the Australia-New Zealand arm of Ferrovial Services<\/a>, to maintain 37 Australian government buildings<\/a> over the next four years<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In addition to improving efficiency in facility maintenance, the Australian government wishes to increase the representation of indigenous peoples and the involvement of small and medium-sized enterprises. In this connection, Broadspectrum has set a target of 6.5%<\/strong> indigenous employees by 2018, to support the Australian government and help it meet its goals for indigenous employment.<\/p>\n

Broadspectrum Property\u2019s Head of Corporate Real Estate, Emma Forster, said:<\/p>\n
