The construction will take place during March and the first part of April 2019, the year that will include celebrations of the Millennial Anniversary of Santo Domingo de la Calzada, as well as the Jubilee Year given by the Holy See for the anniversary of a figure who was central to establishing the Camino de Santiago. Likewise, t<strong>he Church incumbents designated Ferrovial&#8217;s president as a member of the Honor Committee, presided over by His Majesty the King<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Santo Domingo de La Calzada is known as the Camino&#8217;s engineer because he was a pioneer of the Jacobean route in the conception and construction of the various structures that can be found along the Camino de Santiago. It will kick off with the opening of the cathedral&#8217;s Holy Door of Forgiveness and with a mass presided over by the president of the Spanish Episcopal Conference, Cardinal Ricardo Bl\u00e1zquez.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
