This new sub-brand has been developed to enable Amey Consulting to compete more effectively in a highly competitive market, and <strong>improve market understanding<\/strong> of the scope and scale of the consulting business.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/5_KZMwbLO6I?rel=0&amp;showinfo=0\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Speaking recently, Andy Milner, Amey CEO commented that:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;We need to gain greater traction of our capability in the Consulting market. We\u2019re launching a new external brand and positioning for Amey Consulting to push the Amey Consulting story more strongly externally, while it will still remain a key member of the Amey family. This will help us achieve greater sales and market share.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The creation of the Amey Consulting brand will help to differentiate its asset management capabilities in the market. Amey Consulting is positioned as \u2018Practical Consulting\u2019 in recognition of the strong connection between the consulting and operational delivery areas of the business.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Amey Consulting drives value across an array of asset portfolios including: <strong>road<\/strong>, <strong>rail<\/strong>, <strong>utilities<\/strong>, <strong>buildings<\/strong> and <strong>airports<\/strong> encompasses a wide range of technical capabilities such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Infrastructure strategy, data and analytics<\/li>\n<li>Asset management and asset engineering<\/li>\n<li>Infrastructure systems design and delivery<\/li>\n<li>Civil engineering design and delivery<\/li>\n<li>Structures design and delivery<\/li>\n<li>Planning and advisory services<\/li>\n<li>Programme management<\/li>\n<li>Property and estates<\/li>\n<li>Environmental and geotechnical services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Amey Consulting works both with Amey clients such as <a title=\"Network Rail\" href=\"https:\/\/www.networkrail.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Network Rail<\/a> and <a title=\"Highways England\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/organisations\/highways-england\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Highways England<\/a>, and also has a portfolio of clients outside the Amey operational business.
