Esther M\u00e1laga, CTO (Chief Technology Officer) of Ferrovial, collected the award that was presented by Jorge Gil, General Director of IDC Spain.<\/p>\n<p>The ceremony took place at the end of the IDC Transformation Conference held during this day, which brought together directors of companies such as Microstrategy, <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"> Google<\/a>, <a title=\"vMware\" href=\"https:\/\/www.vmware.com\/es.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow noopener\"> vMware<\/a>, <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"> Samsung<\/a>, <a title=\"BBVA\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bbva.es\/particulares\/index.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow noopener\"> BBVA<\/a>, <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"> Broadvision Espa\u00f1a<\/a> or<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow\"> Canon<\/a>, among others, to participate in a conference on the transformation in the digital era. Esther M\u00e1laga had participated in the round table &#8220;How to Take Advantage of the Technological Revolution&#8221; together with Rafael Madero, Director of Information Technologies of P\u00e9rez-Llorca.<\/p>\n<p>Under the hashtag <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Workplace17?src=hash\">#Workplace17<\/a> the best moments of the ceremony awards were published in social media live, including the moments in which the prize was handed over to Ferrovial.<\/p>\n<p>As Esther M\u00e1laga says:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;At Ferrovial, technology is a lever for innovation and opportunities for digital transformation through solutions that add value to the business. We must be able, through technology, to add value to all our users, regardless of the business they belong to or the country they work from, it is our responsibility to offer our employees an
