The programme\u2019s practical side is complemented with training courses taught at <a title=\"Summa University - Ferrovial\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/en-us\/careers\/why-ferrovial\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow noopener\">Ferrovial\u2019s Summa University<\/a> and other external learning centers. Through the learning experience our graduates will receive on-going mentoring from senior professionals and will be assigned a &#8216;buddy&#8217; to guide them through the different steps and stages. To add complexity to the program, graduates will prepare an international project that will have to present to the board of directors in September 2018.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>How will our graduates benefit?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Our graduates will be part of a company and a team that will provide an\u00a0outstanding range of opportunities that will help them shape their careers.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>A tailor-made development programme<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>For two years they will work and be trained in a\u00a0stretching and challenging work environment, enabling\u00a0them to become a qualified and professional individual.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>An outstanding training plan<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>They will take a wide range of courses at Ferrovial\u2019s Summa University and have access to a comprehensive range of external courses in <strong>Madrid<\/strong> and <strong>London<\/strong>, giving them the opportunity to build their business network both inside and outside the company.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Learn by doing<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>On-the-job learning will be packed with different experiences, including working on a range of projects and temporary assignments within the company\u2019s different areas.
