In September 2017, an anonymous survey landed in the inboxes of Budimex<\/a> employees. The survey asked them about their relationships with managers and colleagues, as well as career opportunities and working conditions in the company.<\/p>\n

It was later discovered that the survey was organized by the Management Observatory Foundation<\/a> (Fundacja Obserwatorium Zarz\u0105dzania in Polish), a foundation that has been implementing this survey programme in Poland since 2006.<\/p>\n

The positive assessments from the survey taken by Budimex employees were decisive in the company receiving the Investor in Human Resources<\/em> title. In essence, this title is the only award granted to companies by its own employees<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The award ceremony was attended by Cezary M\u0105czka, a member of the Management Board and director of the HR Department. On receiving the award, she commented that:<\/p>\n

\u201cWinning the title will be a valuable asset in building the image of Budimex as a good employer, which is essential in recruiting new people.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The award ceremony was held on January 10th<\/sup> 2018, with the award being given to companies who continuously think about the development of employee skills<\/strong>, and therefore, the organisation as a whole.<\/p>\n
