The company scored more highly than its competitors mainly in programming, <strong>technical organisation of the network<\/strong>, its <strong>control plan<\/strong> and its <strong>gender equality plan<\/strong>. The contract budget is 1\u00a0120\u00a0000\u00a0Euros, for a population of over <strong>95,000 peopl<\/strong>e.<\/p>\n<p>With this new contract, Ferrovial Services is showing its commitment to a new service model which aims to boost and culturally strengthen this network of community centres with activities which were not being offered to date and which are based on a social and sustainable economy, new digital tools and social participation, with the ultimate aim of driving closer ties between city residents through leisure, social and learning programmes.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>A shared culture<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sports, film theatre, music, excursions, exhibitions, libraries, courses, workshops, etc. are available for all citizens, with a clear focus on community and participation to achieve a global and diverse programme suited to all tastes. Community centre management is crucial for all in today\u2019s world, as community centres have been designed to offer a wide range of <strong>public services<\/strong> which will enhance development of society, from both a cultural and a social point of view.<\/p>\n<p>Driving this shared culture is a priority for Ferrovial Services, and for this the bringing together of individuals from the same environment through joint activities is key. The demand for properly managed centres and duly qualified professionals, at the lowest possible cost for citizens, is a priority issue for the company.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
