Ferrovial’s Australian subsidiary Broadspectrum<\/a> today announced that it had entered into an agreement to sell its remaining twenty per cent (20%) interest in Ratch-Australia Corporation Limited<\/a> to the other shareholder, RH International (Singapore) Corporation Pte Ltd, subject to approval from the Foreign Investment Review Board.<\/p>\n

The sale is consistent with Broadspectrum\u2019s focus on its core strategy and services.<\/p>\n

Broadspectrum will provide an update once the sale has been completed.<\/p>\n
