The Portugues<\/i>e<\/i>\u00a0company will\u00a0<\/i>provide<\/i>\u00a0maintenance\u00a0<\/i>services<\/i>\u00a0at the\u00a0<\/i>Galp<\/i>\u00a0refinery in<\/i>\u00a0Sines,\u00a0<\/i>and in the faculties of the<\/i>\u00a0Europe<\/i>a<\/i>n University.<\/i>\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n

Ferrovial\u00a0Servi\u00e7os<\/a>,\u00a0the Portuguese subsidiary of\u00a0Ferrovial\u00a0Services<\/a>,\u00a0has been awarded two new\u00a0Facility Management\u00a0contracts<\/strong>: a 4-year<\/strong> contract with\u00a0the oil company\u00a0Galp<\/a>,\u00a0and\u00a0a 3-year<\/strong> contract with\u00a0the\u00a0Universidade Europeia<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The company will provide\u00a0maintenance services<\/a>\u00a0for\u00a0Galp\u00a0at\u00a0its\u00a0Sines\u00a0refinery\u00a0over the coming 4 years. The\u00a0contract covers\u00a0preventive and corrective management of the climate control systems,<\/strong> including the offices and production areas.\u00a0Maintenance of the substation refrigeration network<\/strong>, as well as the thermostatic baths, will also be carried out.<\/p>\n

Galp Energy\u2019s Sines plant is one of the largest in Europe. It is a strategic industrial unit\u00a0which is\u00a0of vital importance for\u00a0Portugal\u2019s\u00a0economic activity.\u00a0It has a distilling\u00a0capacity of 10.9\u202fmillion tonnes<\/strong> per year, or 220,000\u00a0barrels<\/strong> per\u00a0day. The facility, which commenced operations 40 years ago, serves two thirds of the Portuguese market and is one of the\u00a0country\u2019s\u00a0largest exporters of oil products.<\/p>\n

Ferrovial\u00a0<\/b>Servi\u00e7os\u00a0<\/b>will\u00a0<\/b>provide<\/b>\u00a0FM\u00a0<\/b>services\u00a0<\/b>for the Universi<\/b>dade Europeia<\/b><\/h2>\n

Moreover, Ferrovial\u00a0Servi\u00e7os\u00a0has reached\u00a0an agreement\u00a0with the\u00a0Universidade Europeia\u00a0for carrying out\u00a0Facility Management<\/a>\u00a0over the next three years.\u00a0Services\u00a0include cleaning, general maintenance of installations\u00a0and\u00a0gardens,\u00a0and security\u00a0services\u00a0in the four\u00a0University\u00a0campuses\u00a0in\u00a0Portugal: Quinta do Bom Nome, IADE, Lispolis\u00a0and\u00a0IPAM.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Universidade Europeia\u00a0is\u00a0part of\u00a0the\u00a0Laureate International Universities\u00a0network,\u00a0a\u00a0global\u00a0group providing higher education\u00a0with a presence\u00a0in 25 countries\u00a0and over one\u00a0million students. Ferrovial Servi\u00e7os\u00a0has been\u00a0working with the\u00a0university\u00a0since 2016.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n
